Castlerea Food Fest
A Summer Food Festival hosted in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon with events celebrating the best of food in the region.
Running alongside the long established ‘Castlerea Rose Festival’, our Food Fest will be running a series of events, that celebrate the best growers and makers from our region.
Keep an eye on our social media and local posters for upcoming events.
Many of the events will be held on the Hub Campus or have been organised by our committee members, An Chistin team and Food Hub Tenants. Our sincere thanks to the local food businesses who are supporting this festival along with Failte Ireland, Visit Roscommon & Roscommon County Council

Having taken over from his father last year Gary Patterson in 2024 has started down the road of organics, agroforestry and natural farming. He will give a talk about Regenerative Farming & Soil Health and how to produce quality food on the farm.
