An Chistin Food Hub Castlerea is a brand new facility developed by Roscommon County Council in partnership with Enterprise Castlerea to support ambitious food businesses through state-of-the-art food productions facilities.
Located at “The Hub” enterprise center in Castlerea, An Chistin Food Hub is co-located with An Chistin Food Training Kitchen and provides long lease “Own Door” food standard production units to scaling and accelerating food businesses.It is supported by Local Enterprise Office Roscommon and businesses located in An Chistin will be able to access LEO business supports to promote scaling and innovation.
Available Facilities
5 single EHO compliant food production units each with a floor area of 1000 Sq.ft an individual office, toilet, sluice, plant room facilities
2 Larger double kitchen units each with a floor area 2000 Sq.ft
External individual waste storage spaces, extensive parking, landscaping.
Shared facilities include a meeting room, staff canteen, disabled access toilet, office and reception area along with internal service corridor.
